Madison is 9 months old now. I know, I know. Next thing you know she'll be asking for the car keys. She's becoming a bit more independent. She can crawl just about anywhere she wants to go, though she doesn't seem to care for crawling much. She's constantly standing up. As soon as she can hold on to something (or someone) she's standing up. She's not exactly sure what to do once she does, but she's got standing mastered. I'm sure she'll be walking in no time.
She's quite grabby now. She'll grab anything from stuff in your hands to ladies earrings to food on your plate to your face itself (nose, lips, ears, etc). Obviously she's trying to learn how things work and it's pretty interesting to watch. Of coursing grabbing leads to her most favorite past time which is biting and chewing on things.
Like most babies, she'll put anything into her mouth. Including but not limited to human fingers. She's gotten quite adept at finger munching to the point that she has it down to a science. Let me be the one to tell you that even though she's quite small, her jaws and 3 teeth are quite powerful. Powerful enough to make a grown man shed a single tear and wail like a banshee. Of course she finds this hilarious.
No pictures this time, but I'll work on getting you some for the next post.
