"But you don't have to take my word for it."

I'm looking at the pictures right now trying to decide what to include. You know trying to give you a good feel for how the process is going. As well as you can with out being here to see it. But even being here myself, I don't always know what's going on. I mean I am aware of what is currently happening, but I don't really know what things are all the time. So I apologize in advance if I call something the wrong thing. I tend to call certain things what I happen to think they are (or do).

However, I do know what these pictures are going to be. These are pictures of the baseboards, trim and doors. I was actually there while the guy was putting on the baseboards. I got a picture of him, but I didn't get his permission slip in time so they will not be included. It's been mentioned in this blog previously that the different crews working on different trades in the house are small or just one guy. This is another situation like that. Even though this seems to be astonishing to me, this appears to be the norm in house building. This guy did tell me that he did have a couple guys that work for him put the doors on, but he was cutting and stapling all the trim himself. And I must say that he did a good job too.

Here's the pictures....

This picture isn't an illusion or anything, it is three different doors, though for the life of me I can't remember where in the house that is.

An example of some trim that is not on the bottom of the wall or around the door. This is at the top of the stairs at the half wall thingy that keeps us from falling down the stairs.
